Jäsenyys

 

Telemark Team ry:n tunneille osallistuminen edellyttää seuran voimassaolevaa jäsenyyttä ja se laskutetaan tanssijoilta lukukausimaksun yhteydessä. Jäsenmaksu maksetaan kerran kalenterivuodessa ja se on voimassa aina tammikuusta joulukuuhun. Huomaathan, että kalenterivuosi ei tarkoita vuotta eteenpäin maksuhetkestä.

 

Jäsenmaksujen suuruudet vuodelle 2013 ovat: 20 € normaali-, 10 € perhejäsen sekä 200€ kannattajajäsen.

 

Pelkän jäsenmaksun voi myös maksaa suoraan seuran tilille.

Mitä jäsenyys mm. tarkoittaa:

  • Oikeus osallistua seuran järjestämille ryhmätunneille (seuran harjoitusvuorot ovat vain seuran jäsenten käytettävissä)
  • Oikeus käyttää Värtön tanssisalia seuran varaamina vapaaharjoitteluaikoina
  • Äänioikeus seuran kokouksissa (yli 15-vuotiailla)
  • Tanssiurheiluliiton jäsenyys
  • Tanssiurheilija – lehti
  • Seuran järjestämillä leireillä on mahdollisesti jäsenille edullisempi hinta, samoin seura voi tukea jäseniä muilla tavoin esim. kisamaksuissa (SM-kisat) tai kisamatkoissa (Ikärit)
  • Johtokunta hoitaa yhdistyksen juoksevia asioita. Jäsenet valitsevat yhdistyksen syyskokouksessa yhdistyksen johtokunnan erovuoroisten jäsenten tilalle uudet. Samoin syyskokous valitsee toiminnantarkastajan ja hyväksyy seuraavan vuoden toimintasuunnitelman ja talousarvion (ja siis mm. jäsenmaksut)
  • Yhdistyksen kevätkokouksessa jäsenistö hyväksyy tilinpäätöksen ja päättää vastuuvapaudesta johtokunnalle
  • Jäsen voi ehdottaa syys- tai kevätkokouksessa käsiteltäviä asioita lähettämällä ne kirjallisesti johtokunnalle viimeistään 14 päivää ennen kokousta
  • Äänestystilanteissa jokaisella 15 vuotta täyttäneellä on yksi ääni, huoltajat eivät voi äänestää alle 15-vuotiaiden äänillä

Jäsenyydestä eroaminen

 

Jäsenyydestä voi erota ilmoittamalla siitä kirjallisesti johtokunnalle (esim. lähettämällä sähköpostia seuran sihteerin osoitteeseen ). Jäsenyys ei siis automaattisesti lakkaa, vaikka henkilö ei kävisikään enää ryhmässä tai olisi toiminnassa muuten aktiivisesti mukana. Jäsenmaksu laskutetaan kaikilta jäsenrekisterissä olevilta jäseniltä.

Jäsen voidaan myös erottaa yhdistyksestä tiettyjen ehtojen vallitessa. Eronneeksi jäsen katsotaan, jos hän on jättänyt jäsenmaksunsa maksamatta puolen vuoden ajalta sen erääntymisestä lukien (yhdistyksen säännöt).

 

Yritys, yhteisö tai yksityishenkilö voi halutessaan liittyä seuran kannattajajäseneksi.

Kannattajajäsen 200 €/vuosi sisältää:

  • Tanssiurheiluliiton jäsenyys
  • Tanssiurheilija -lehti
  • Pääsyliput kahdelle seuran järjestämiin kilpailuihin (pöytäpaikat mikäli kilpailuissa on sellaiset)
  • Pienimuotoista näkyvyyttä seuran kotisivuilla
